The Panel Suite is the second largest room with approximate dimensions of 45ft length and 17ft width. It is licensed till 1am and has its own private bar area overlooking a spacious dance floor. The Panel Suite has a very traditional feel to it with its oak panelled walls and timeless oak floors. This room has direct access to the gardens and provides beautiful views of statues and a splendid weeping willow tree with seating beneath it. There is also access to a large patio area with ample seating for those long summer nights watching the sunset between splendid Californian red wood trees. Its maximum capacity is 85 people for a sit down meal and maximum 180 people for an informal function with minimal seating available. This room can also hold licensed ceremonies for 100 people maximum sitting down. Another benefit of this particular room is that it has an adjoining room ideal for people wishing to have a moment of quiet overlooking the grounds.

This room is Ideal for all types of functions and the standard room charge is £750 all day but can vary depending on requirements.

We allow all our guests to decorate the rooms and tables to their own specific wishes and will also assist if needed. We have two silk flowered pedestals ideal for decorating ceremonial rooms. For weddings and sit down meals we can offer a choice of colour theme to our guests which we incorporate into our table napkins and can provide the cake stand and cake knife if needed. If guests wish to store items with us over night we can provide ample storage space, which is both secure and accessible at all times. For weddings and special occasions if you provide CD music we can play this on our own system to help make your day more unique. If guests wish for assistance during the introduction of speeches or ushering large crowds of people we can also provide this service free of charge with one of our banqueting managers. We also have our own 1939 Vintage Rolls Royce Silver Wraith available for hire together with a smartly dressed chauffeur.
